UNITED FACADES prime intention is to provide cost-effective, quality design & build facade cladding solutions to all construction sectors throughout the UK. Since 2017, UNITED FACADES has been thriving as a medium and major-size successful design, construction, and consultancy offering exciting and innovative solutions to a wide range of commercial, residential, and private projects. We are passionate about creating exciting and innovative works and with an insight into our client’s requirements and desires, we create environments that are unique, inspirational, and practical. Insurance and Guarantees
United Façades is fully insured with £10m Public Liability Insurance and £5m Employers Liability Cover. We also hold an all-risks cover, to protect you and our builders.
At the end of the Build Phase, we issue a full completion pack that includes all of the important documents you might need in the future. For example, as-built drawings, Completion Certificate from Building Control etc.

Initial Consultation
So you want to build a new facade or recladding of the building – where do you start? Right here! We’ve worked with several of homeowners over the four years and can help you confidently walk through this process to get started on your new home. Whether you have a design in hand, or need a recommendation for an architect and/or designer, we can meet with you no matter what stage in the process you’re at.
Pre-Construction
The first step in pre-construction is creating a proposal for the build. It typically takes our team 2-4 weeks to review bids with various subcontractors and compile a proposal. During this process, we’ll work to thoughtfully navigate decisions that make the most sense for your home and your budget requirements. Once your proposal is complete, we’ll present it to you for review. If everything looks good, we’ll have you sign off on it and get started.
Construction & Design
Throughout the construction process, we use the latest industry technology to maintain frequent, consistent and meaningful communication with you. From viewing progress photos to letting you select details from fixtures to flooring, our powerful platform keeps everything related to the build of your new home in one, easily-accessible place.
Final Wrap-Up
After the build is done, it’s almost time to move in. The building inspector will issue an occupancy permit, and then your new home is thoroughly cleaned by our professional crew. We’ll do a final walk-through with you to make sure every single detail is correct. Your keys are then handed over, and you’re officially home!
After The Completion
We know that life isn’t perfect, even after your new house becomes your home. We’re committed to making sure that your new home continues to exceed your expectations after you move in. With a multitude of products going into each new home, warranty issues can arise. Our team is here for you after the sale to help you manage those warranties and correct any product issues.
