SUPPORT SYSTEMS
Our suppliers have cleverly combined extensive cladding knowledge with decades of bricklaying experience to create modern cladding systems. These revolutionary facade systems fuse traditional brickwork with the latest rain-screen cladding systems.
BRICK SLIP CLADDING
This CWCT certified Support system is made of non-combustible class A1 rated aluminium. The system consists of horizontal and vertical rails (or T-Angle rails), thermally isolated fortis helping hand brackets, and the main anchor used to fix the system to the structure.
Stainless steel is also available as an option.

SYSTEMS OVERVIEW
We provide lightweight brick cladding solutions suitable for a variety of scenarios.
These cladding applications can be used on most substrates and is suitable for new buildings, existing structures and both for internal and external use.
We can work with a range of frames including concrete, timber, steel, SFS; masonry and modular units.
Fixings are all S4 stainless steel, and the fixing system includes aluminium support brackets, isolator pads and wall/bracket screws.
Spacers can be either stainless steel or aluminium cross clips which are used to generate 10mm vertical mortar joints.
The pointing Mortar we use, Terrabond T-Point, has excellent adhesion, sealing and movement accommodation properties.
The weight of the cladding rail system used on brick slip solutions is approx. 4.48kg/m²
Pointing mortar weight approx. 5kg/m² and the whole system weight approx. 51.5kg/m²
Average thermal conductivity for brick slip applications is 0.71W/mK
