Ceramic & Porcelain

An Integrated Way of Working

United Façades Porcelain and Ceramic tiles are two very elegant and versatile cladding surfaces. Although they look very similar, the fabrication process and materials used are different in Porcelain and Ceramic.

Porcelain is denser, heavier and less porous of the two, and it absorbs no more than 0.1-5 per cent of the humidity it contacts with. Meanwhile ceramic is lighter, softer and is less brittle than porcelain and has its specific use in many cases.

However; both are aesthetically versatile with unlimited color and texture options, is weather and UV resistant, non-combustible, low maintenance, and produced from natural and sustainable materials.
